Franne joined Pollara Law Group in 2025, bringing more than 30 years of legal experience to her position as Firm Administrator, a role she approaches with pleasure and commitment. She enjoys overseeing the firm’s daily operations, ensuring efficient financial practices, timely compliance, and fostering a supportive, team-centered workplace. Away from the office, Franne can be found cheesemaking, chasing waterfalls, or cheering on her grandsons at their baseball games.
Lisa has been an integral part of Pollara Law Group since 2020, when she joined the firm as our receptionist. Her organization and initiative quickly made her a key part of the firm’s operations, leading to her promotion to Office Manager. Today, she oversees docketing, file management, staff workflow, and office processes, all while continuing to greet clients and visitors with her beautiful smile. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her family — especially her beloved grandchildren.
Kelly joined Pollara Law Group in 2021 as a legal secretary and has more than a decade of litigation support experience. Her comprehensive understanding of complex litigation procedures and attention to detail soon earned her promotion to paralegal, where she plays an invaluable role in leading the firm’s case management and trial coordination efforts. When she’s not in the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and her garden.
Denise joined Pollara Law Group in 2023 as a paralegal, bringing experience from a plaintiff’s personal injury firm where she began her legal career in 2018. She earned her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from MTI College in 2019. Denise is highly valued for her dependability, positive attitude, and collaborative approach, and she takes particular pride in having a positive impact on clients. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her daughter.
With over 30 years of experience supporting firms across multiple areas of law, Lee Marie joined Pollara Law Group in 2024 as a seasoned legal secretary. She is highly valued for her knowledge, reliability, and dedication, skillfully supporting multiple attorneys. She was promoted to Senior Legal Secretary in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the firm. Outside of work, Lee Marie enjoys spending time with her close-knit family.
In 2026, Pollara Law Group welcomed Meridith Rogester, who brings several years of litigation support experience, including three recent years with a prominent medical malpractice firm. She quickly impressed colleagues with her intelligence, enthusiasm, and ease in mastering new systems. A Kentucky native, Meridith has made Sacramento her home and is deeply committed to the community. She serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with CASA Sacramento, where she advocates for the best interests of youth in the foster care system. She is also an active member of the Sacramento Legal Professionals Association and participates in civil liberties and community service initiatives, reflecting both her dedication to the legal profession and her commitment to making a meaningful impact in the community.
After several months as a contract worker, Zoe joined the group as an official staff member. She consistently demonstrates strong responsiveness to operational needs and a willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities, significantly supporting administrative demands. Zoe brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to her role and quickly became an invaluable member of the team.
