Franne joined Pollara Law Group in 2025, bringing more than 30 years of legal experience to her position as Firm Administrator, a role she approaches with pleasure and commitment. She enjoys overseeing the firm’s daily operations, ensuring efficient financial practices, timely compliance, and fostering a supportive, team-centered workplace. Away from the office, Franne can be found cheesemaking, chasing waterfalls, or cheering on her grandsons at their baseball games.
Lisa has been an integral part of Pollara Law Group since 2020, when she joined the firm as our receptionist. Her organization and initiative quickly made her a key part of the firm’s operations, leading to her promotion to Office Manager. Today, she oversees docketing, file management, staff workflow, and office processes, all while continuing to greet clients and visitors with her beautiful smile. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her family — especially her beloved grandchildren.
Kelly joined Pollara Law Group in 2021 as a legal secretary and has more than a decade of litigation support experience. Her comprehensive understanding of complex litigation procedures and attention to detail soon earned her promotion to paralegal, where she plays an invaluable role in leading the firm’s case management and trial coordination efforts. When she’s not in the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and her garden.
Denise joined Pollara Law Group in 2023 as a paralegal, bringing experience from a plaintiff’s personal injury firm where she began her legal career in 2018. She earned her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from MTI College in 2019. Denise is highly valued for her dependability, positive attitude, and collaborative approach, and she takes particular pride in having a positive impact on clients. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her daughter.
With over 30 years of experience supporting firms across multiple areas of law, Lee Marie joined Pollara Law Group in 2024 as a seasoned legal secretary. She is highly valued for her knowledge, reliability, and dedication, skillfully supporting multiple attorneys. She was promoted to Senior Legal Secretary in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the firm. Outside of work, Lee Marie enjoys spending time with her close-knit family.
Patricia joined the group in 2025 as a Legal Secretary, bringing experience in medical malpractice litigation from her time at a plaintiff’s firm. Born and raised in the Bay Area and a Sacramento County resident since 2017, she is a valued addition to the firm’s support staff. She approaches her work with a positive attitude, dedication, and a strong interest in continuing to grow within the legal field. Outside of the office, Patricia enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and staying active.
