Jason was born in Sacramento, California and he has lived in the Sacramento area the majority of his life. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked as a claims representative for Travelers Insurance, defending automobile and homeowners liability claims. After graduating from McGeorge School of Law in 2005, Jason began his legal career at Schuering Zimmerman & Doyle, LLP, an AV-rated medical malpractice defense firm in Sacramento, and became a partner in 2014. In December of 2014, Jason left Schuering Zimmerman & Doyle to start Pollara Law Group with Ms. Pollara.
Jason has extensive experience in all aspects of defending medical malpractice lawsuits in both California and Nevada. He is committed to giving each of his clients the time and attention necessary to navigate them through the litigation process as smoothly as possible. It is his goal to vigorously defend all cases and to achieve an expeditious and judicious resolution of each case.
Outside of work, Jason and his wife, Christi, a nurse practitioner, enjoy the ever–expanding dining and entertainment scene in Sacramento. They have a young daughter, Lucy, who has simply made life even better. When not working or doing family activities, Jason does still occasionally find time to play golf and basketball and other sporting activities.
